QUESTIONS YOU SHOULD ASK HR BEFORE ACCEPTING A JOB OFFER!!
Asking questions during this interview is very important. If you don't ask questions, the HR will think you are not even interested in working for the company. But what question do you want to ask? Let's look at an example question!
➡️"What's the culture of the company like?" "What would an average day in this role look like?"
➡️"Where do you think the company will be in 5 years time?"
➡️"What are the biggest challenges facing the department/company right now?"
➡️"What are your expectations for this role in the first 3 months?"
➡️"What are the most important qualities for someone to excel in this role?"
➡️"Can you tell me more about the team I would be working in?"
➡️"How will you measure the success of the person in this position?"
➡️What are employees benefits? like Insurance/mediclaim/Number of Leaves/working hours/week off/accomodation/canteen facility (Lunch and breakfast)
There are many things you can know about the company when you ask questions like this.
